_module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_font_size=\u00bb16px\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><strong><i>hipoteca<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es un tr\u00e1mite que se <strong>constituye en una Notar\u00eda y se perfecciona en la Oficina de Registros P\u00fablicos<\/strong>, para asegurar el cumplimiento de <strong>una obligaci\u00f3n financiera<\/strong> por un valor y en un plazo determinado. <strong>En la forma pr\u00e1ctica, es una anotaci\u00f3n registrada en el <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>certificado de tradici\u00f3n y libertad<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en donde queda consignado que ese inmueble est\u00e1 siendo <strong>utilizado como garant\u00eda para respaldar un cr\u00e9dito o pr\u00e9stamo<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>El<a href=\"https:\/\/leyes.co\/codigo_civil\/2432.htm\"> C\u00f3digo Civil en su art\u00edculo 2432<\/a> define la hipoteca como <i>\u00abun derecho de prenda constituido sobre inmuebles que no dejan por eso de permanecer en poder del deudor\u00bb.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb2_5&#8243;
